STEP 1: Enter player and family informationPalisades School District residents, age 7 or older, as of April 30, 2025, are eligible to play Fall baseball at Silver Creek. The youngest team will be at Rookies level (7-8 years old). Fall Ball is instructional and prepares players for the level they will play in next year's Spring season.
Palisades School District residents and players from other local areas can use this form to register their 4 to 6 year-old boys and girls for co-ed tee ball at Silver Creek. Registration is open to families of Spring 2024 registered players for the first few days and will then also accept new players until rosters are filled (14 players per team max). Second or third teams at any given age bracket will be formed based on the submission date of this registration form, roster availability, AND the identification of a Head and Assistant Coach for the additional team. |
STEP 2: Volunteer responsibility and refundable work bond
As an unsubsidized non-profit 501(c)(3), Silver Creek Athletic Association relies on volunteerism and fundraising to drive improvements to programs and to the facility. We receive no township, borough, or municipality funding. SCAA was built and maintained by volunteers since 1967.
A $75 REFUNDABLE work bond fee will be added to each new 2024 family's registration invoice to guarantee an adult's commitment to volunteering for a at least one 4-hour shift at a facility event at Silver Creek. Work bonds fees will be refunded after the shift has been completed and all SCAA-issued jerseys and/or equipment has been returned. You may opt out of your family's volunteer responsibility by agreeing to donate your work bond to SCAA, but we would rather you not. SCAA WANTS and NEEDS your help to be successful! |
STEP 3: Fees, invoicing, and payments
An invoice for your family's selected program(s) will be created for you once teams and coaching are determined for each level. It will include a league fee, and if you are a new 2024 family registering, it will also include a mandatory 2024 fundraiser and volunteer work bond.
1. Player league fees are $50 per registered players for Rookies and above. Tee ball fees will be nominal. 2. Our long-standing annual fundraiser has been Lucky Lottery Calendars. These provide a chance to for you to win money when your numbered calendar matches the PA Lottery Pick 3 Evening Number. Each new 2024 family is required to buy at least one 2024 calendar for $25. 3. A $75 REFUNDABLE work bond fee will be added to each new 2024 family's invoice, excluding Fall co-ed tee ball. PLEASE NOTE
2024 Fall Ball invoices will NOT be sent until each team has been confirmed with an adequate roster, coaching availability, schedule, and start date. Payment by cash, check (payable to SCAA), or credit card are accepted - details will be included on the invoice. |
