Deadline: July 28, 2025 (Late submissions may incur a $15 fee and are subject to availability)
Eligibility: All Palisades School District residents, including charter, parochial, and homeschooled students.
Age Cut-off: As of August 30, 2026.
Note: Minimum 9 players per team, max 14. Extra teams may form based on registration date, roster space, and coach availability. Double rostering allowed at coaching discretion with parental approval.
Additional Costs: Lucky Lottery fundraiser and refundable volunteer work bond for Non Tee-Ball Registrants.
Special Note: Waivers may be needed if your child doesn't reside in within Palisades School District Zip Codes.

Volunteer Work BondAs a nonprofit, SCAA relies on volunteers. Each family pays a $100 refundable work bond, refunded after one 4-hour shift and returning equipment. Opting out means donating the bond.

Lucky Lottery Calendar FundraiserSell or buy (1) $25 calendar as a new Fall Family to meet registration requirements. Selling 10 calendars earns a free player fee; selling 15 earns an additional free calendar. Contact [email protected] for pickup.

Invoicing and payments

An electronic invoice for your family's SCAA registration will be created and emailed to the primary registering email address AFTER teams and rosters are fully formed. Payments can be made online by credit card, or by cash or check (payable to SCAA). Details for sending payments will be included in each invoice. It will include the following:
