Majors Registration will close July22nd!!!

All Palisades School District residents are eligible to play Fall Ball at Silver Creek AA.  Registrations will be reviewed, and players will be placed on Fall Ball teams according to the identified leagues' rostering guidelines.

Registration was opened to families of Spring 2022 registered players for the first week and will now accept new players until rosters are filled (14 players max).

*01Jul22 - There are now 14 registered players for Majors (11-12 year old, age as of Spring 2023). If you are registering a child of this age, availability is not guaranteed.

Additional teams may be formed if there are enough additional players (typically a minimum of 12) at an age level AND an additional Head Coach is identified to form an additional team. Late registrants (after July 9th) will be considered only if roster space and league rules permit.

STEP 1: Enter player and family information

Majors for Fall 2022

STEP 2: Volunteer responsibility and refundable work bond

As an unsubsidized non-profit 501(c)(3), Silver Creek Athletic Association relies on volunteerism and fundraising to drive improvements to programs and to the facility. We receive no township, borough, or municipality funding. SCAA was built and maintained by volunteers since 1967.

A $75 REFUNDABLE work bond fee will be added to each new 2022 family's registration invoice to guarantee an adult's commitment to volunteering for a 4 hour shift at Silver Creek. Work bonds fees will be returned to families at the end of the season upon completion of a volunteer shift and return of SCAA-issued jersey and/or equipment. You can opt out of your family's volunteer responsibility by agreeing to donate your work bond to SCAA, but we would rather you not. We want and NEED your help!

STEP 3:  Fees, invoicing, and payments

An invoice for your family's selected program(s) will be created for you once teams and coaching are determined for each level. It will include a league fee, and if you are a new 2022 family registering, it will also include a mandatory 2022 fundraiser and volunteer work bond.

1. Player league fees are $50 per registered player at all levels.

2. Our long-standing annual fundraiser has been Lucky Lottery Calendars. These provide a chance to for you to win money when your numbered calendar matches the PA Lottery Pick 3 Evening Number. Each new 2022 family is required to buy one 2022 calendar for $25.

3. A $75 REFUNDABLE work bond fee will be added to each new 2022 family's invoice.
PLEASE NOTE

2022 Fall Ball invoices will NOT be sent until each team has been confirmed with an adequate roster, coaching availability, schedule, and start date. Invoices are expected to be sent by end of July 2022. Payment by cash, check (payable to SCAA), or credit card is expected within 7 days.

Silver Creek Athletic Association's Mission

SCAA is a multi-generational organization that was founded nearly 70 years ago to establish, promote and maintain baseball and softball opportunities for the children of Springfield Township and the Upper Bucks County Region of Pennsylvania. Our efforts have spanned not only decades, but also the lives of area athletes, their families support and many changes in society. Fair Competition, Sportsmanship and Fellowship are the foundation of our mission and these ideals never go out of style.
